Do you need help in holding space with a facilitator? I have experience in facilitating groups to support making decisions and work on various projects in scope through creative collaborative processes based on consensus decision making models. It is essential all group members feel valued and heard, the role of the facilitator is to ensure equal participation without taking sides. I am informed very much by the work of adrienne maree brown and have had a number of trainings with Rhizome, CCH and Co-ops UK.
